I first realized the power of massage therapy as a runner. I was transformed and had no other choice but to dedicate myself to
helping others to continue doing what they love and I'm thankful to be able to be part of this process.
With over a decade of experiences as a professional massage therapist and a passion for always learning more, I was fascinated with Kinesiology and began my trek towards becoming a personal trainer. Not only do these two bodywork methods complement one another, but understanding both has given me a whole new perspective of the human body and how to support it.
I graduated from the San Francisco School of Massage and continued my education at World School of Massage and McKinnon Institute. I have training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Thai massage, Shiatsu, Sports massage, and my style ranges from stress reduction/relaxation to sports massage. Everyone can benefit from receiving massage, whether it is for stress reduction and relaxation, to help recover from muscle overuse, stiffness, athletic injury, or to help manage the discomforts caused by prolonged sitting or standing.

I’m licensed in the State of California and certified in Applied Kinesiology through the Kinesiology Institute, a method that uses muscle testing so you can locate energetic and structural imbalances in the body.
As a personal trainer, I specialize in core conditioning, strength training, and corrective assessment. My experience as a marathon runner helped me understand the necessity of cross-training. Strength exercises are as important as the activities people enjoy doing. I target my training programs to help you achieve core strength, stabilization, and corrective programs to have an overall better function in recreational activities, sports, and day-to-day life activity.
I enjoy working with all athletes and have a great deal of experience working with cyclists and runners. I understand the challenges and feeling depleted after rigorous training sessions. I also know that the practice and training never really ends, which is why I offer customized packages for those who want or need multiple, regularly scheduled sessions.
